Digital Products
Web Omi Solutions sells digital products such as WordPress themes, plugins and downloadable resources.
Because these products are delivered digitally, they cannot be physically returned after download.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, refunds are not guaranteed.
When a Refund May Be Issued
A refund may only be considered under the following condition:
- The downloaded product file is completely corrupted or unusable.
Before issuing a refund, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing assistance or a replacement file.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be approved at our discretion.

Web Omi Solutions is not the original developer of listed products. Therefore, technical support is limited to installation guidance and basic usage assistance only.
We do not modify product functionality or fix developer-level coding issues.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. However, account cancellation does not qualify for refunds on previously purchased products.
Product Usage After Refund
If a refund is granted, you must stop using and permanently delete all downloaded files associated with the refunded product.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment provider and banking system.
