1. Introduction
This Changes & Revision Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which revisions and modifications are provided by Web Omi Solutions LLP (“Company”). By availing our services, the client (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Scope of Revisions
Revisions are limited to minor modifications within the scope of the originally agreed project requirements. Any request falling outside the agreed scope shall not be considered a revision.
3. Complimentary Revisions
- The Company provides up to five (5) complimentary revisions per project.
- These revisions must strictly fall within the initially agreed scope of work.
- Complimentary revisions include minor changes such as:
- Text/content updates
- Small design adjustments
- Layout refinements
4. Chargeable Revisions
- Upon utilization of the five (5) complimentary revisions, any additional revisions shall be chargeable.
- Each additional revision will be charged at ₹799 (Rupees Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine only).
- Additional revisions will be processed only after confirmation and receipt of payment.
5. Exclusions
The following shall be considered outside the scope of revisions and may be billed separately or treated as a new project:
- Major design or structural changes
- Addition of new features, pages, or functionalities
- Integration of third-party tools or services
- Any requirement not included in the original project scope
6. Communication & Revision Requests
- The Client is expected to provide revision requests in a clear and consolidated format.
- Multiple or fragmented requests may be treated as separate revisions.
- The Company reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as a revision or falls outside scope.
7. Timelines
- Timely communication from the Client is essential to ensure smooth project execution.
- Delays in feedback, approvals, or communication may result in project delays.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to lack of timely response from the Client.
